TO INK OR NOT TO INK, TATT IS THE QUESTION

Having had my first and only tattoo so far when i was really young (18) i never really put as much thought and passion into it or where it was places as i should have. A lady bug on the inner hip seems wonderfully fun and daring at that age. Until you hit your mid 20's to realise that one day when you do decide to have a baby its gonna develop into something more interesting. So i am thinking it may look more like a lobster.

But i have been getting this feeling that i would love to have another one. So comes the question....can girls have more than one simple hidden tattoo without it being a little trashy? And being in finance where can i place it that is not too conspicuous or visible? And what to have? So many choices and so many decisions.

I have put a few pictures of the ones i love up. Feel free to leave your comments.

  1. Hello...I am a bit in the same situation. I had my first tattoo when I was "also" 18...a dolphin on my left hip. Last year...and after many deciding what to do, I had an Ambigram done with the names of my 2 sons and I tattooed it on my right foot.

Tattoos are adictive...so now I would love to have one on my wrist and it's very difficult to find something that you would like to show for the rest of your life as it is sooooo exposed.

Noew to your tattoos above...I've been searching the web up and down and have seem many beautiful tattoos but this middle one...the lotus flower...is absolutely EXQUISITE...amazing work. i just love when you can barely see the lines.

It made me rethink what I'm looking for my wrist.

    Regards,
    Ellen

    1. Hi Ellen, I really is a nice delicate one isn't it. Mistakenly i had my first one a small lady bug also on my lower hip. The irony of it is that once day when i am pregnant its going to look like a scary lobster.
This tat is stunning but as it is placed on the back of the kneck it really is the ideal spot for it as it would never change shape.
There is a great site called Pinterest where you can search for wonderful pics and suggestions.
Drop me a pic of what you got. I am still trying to build up the guts to get it done.
      Cheers Linzi
